Harley Softail Rear Oil Tank Mount, 1984-92  (OEM #62704-84)

There we two versions of this bracket.  The '84 version and the '93 version.   This is the '84 version, OEM #62704-84.

Based on our research, the two brackets appear exactly alike except for one feature--the '93 version has a relief/notched edge in the mid section of the base plate.  We suspect the relief area was required so as to provide addition clearances for the '93 and later Softails.  So this bracket is for the early Softail models, only, 1984-92.
