Harley Panhead/Shovel Fiberglass Saddlebag Rail/Bumper Stud

One stud, only.  Two are required to make a complete set.

Used to unify the saddlebag mount racks into a single assembly.  One end of the stud mounts to the guard rail bracket while the other side mounts to the rear bumper.
