Harley FLT Touring Models Upper Riser Clamp--Steel  (OEM 1" Bars, 1988-L)

This upper clamp style is typical for FLT models from 1988.  We're uncertain how long it may have been used, but it will fit all stock riser sets with 3 1/2" mount center.  To our knowledge, the 3 1/2" on all Glides has never changed, since 1962.
