SU Carburetor Assembly   (Vintage Harley Panhead)

The original application for this assembly is not known. 

We know Rivera Engineering offered the SU Eliminator back in the day.  However, the Eliminator was a dedicated design, specific to the Harley Davidson by SU.  And based on our observations, this does not look like the Eliminator configuration.  Specifically, the attached brass primer is fitted to a circular flange face, and to our knowledge this flange casting feature was not present on the Eliminator version.

Our best guess is that this might have originated in an automotive application, which all non-Eliminator versions do.  But it was updated with the brass primer fitting from an original Eliminator assembly, so last use was most likely a Harley-Davidson.

All that said, a complete cleaning and rebuild kit is required, prior to use.
