Original Harley Final Belt Drive Pulley, OEM #40225-86A  (70 Teeth x 1 1/2")

OEM pulley.  

70 teeth x 1 1/2" width with OEM casting/part number 40225-86A. Teeth are in very nice shape, and we are not finding any issues with pitting or debris blemishing.  Black paint is good, but weathered, which is normal for this vintage.  Otherwise, very nice fundamentals.

In general, we believe application is for Evolution Big Twins '86-'99, but please check your Factory references to verify proper fitment.

Center Hole Diameter:  2" (we've also seen 2 1/8" and 2 1/2" in other pulleys)
Hole-to-Hole Centers:  1 7/8" (standard dual flange)
Every 2nd hole, center-to-center:  3 3/32" (standard dual flange)
Pulley width--belt running surface:  1 1/2"
Overall width: 1 3/4"
