Harley XLX Sportster/FXE-80 Shovelhead Speedometer Mount  (OEM #67053-83T)

This is OEM #67053-83T, which is specific to XLX Sportster models from 1983-85 and FXE-80 models from 1983-E84. 

It is distinguished by its chrome finish, its 3-indicator/lamp hole machining, and the angled bend on the lower mount tab.  In contrast, other XL and FX models used a few other styles, including a 3-hole mount without the bend, a 4-hole mount, and wrinkle black finishes.  Lastly, the "T" designation in the part number indicates an OEM accessory item with manufacturing origins in Taiwan.  That being said, the Factory considers all "T" designated components as authentic Factory-Authorized components.

Chrome is bright and clean, but some minor finish wear is present.  And based on the plating quality, we're fairly certain this is an original, not reproduction.
