Harley XL Sportster Shifter Lever, SMOOTH Bore 1970-74   (OEM #34606-71)

Sand cast texture is still fairly nice, but some smoothing is present.  Peg hole has straight threads, and the bolt passages are nicely round, not egged.  We are noting some fairly minor narrowing in the pinch channel, but this is fairly normal, and the channel remains open, not collapsed.

Please note this is a smooth bore shifter lever, OEM #34606-71, used from 1970-74 where a smooth shifter shaft is used. So please review your existing shafts for smooth or splined features.
