Harley XL/K/Panhead/Shovel OEM Cast Riser  (2-Piece Bars, 1954-73)

All threads are straight, upper bolts are present, and the Factory cast number is clearly present in the bore.  This particular style, with its inner arch shape, was likely native to the FL/FLH models.  For the XL and FX models, the casting shape was a bit different.
