Harley Stamped Steel Foot Pegs & Peg Blocks  (Very Durable Stock)

This is a dated peg set, likely with early domestic manufacturing origins.  Perhaps 1970's.

Compared to most stamped steel pegs, the size on these is excellent.  They share the same length as the WL race style pegs, but they are narrower.  However, they are broader than most traditional stamped steel peg sets from the 1970's.  Further, both pegs and blocks are steel construction, as well.  And the block style is similar to the Anderson. 

A very durable set.  Not sure if Harley ever made them in this size, however.  So likely an aftermarket item, possibly for the WL.  But they can be adapted for use on any bike.
