Harley Shovelhead/Servi-Car Horn Mounting Bracket  (OEM #69131-68)

Bracket is OEM #69131-68, damper is #69125-65, and ground strap is OEM #70016-65A. 

According to a few of our references, these components were used on 12 volt models beginning in 1965.  However, we know there was an earlier style mount bracket, OEM #69117-65.  This suggests the likelihood that this specific set of components was actually used for the 1968-84 vintage.  But more research may be required.  Particularly with respect to the bracket, where 1965-67 use is intended. 

All that being said, this bracket, with part number ending in "-68", is clearly indicated for use for the 1968-84 vintage.  We also understand this same set of components was used on Servi-Car models from late 1968-73.

When in doubt, review your own Factory references using the above-indicated part numbers.
