Harley Shovelhead Keihin Carburetor  (OEM #27466-78A, 1978-80)

This is the second generation Keihin, used on FX and FL models from 1978-80.   Unique to this version is the single "pull" throttle cam, which is correct.  The dual cable assemblies were not introduced until 1981.

In general, very good, clean condition.  Nice die cast body, all flange bolt hole threads are straight, all correct hardware is attached, and the bowl assembly is complete, including all jetting.  Plastic inlet elbow is cracked, so replacement is required.  We recommend solid brass replacements.

This assembly requires a complete cleaning and rebuild kit, prior to use.
