Harley Shovelhead/Evolution Wheel Flange Spacer  (Steel, 5/16" Width)

Likely an original stud with a dated, weathered finish.  

We are noting some grinding around the back side of the mount on the threaded mount hole.  We presume a previous user required some additional clearance.  We believe there is more than sufficient material remaining.  But we like noting the things we see.
