Harley Shovelhead/Evolution Keihin Carburetor, 1988-89 (OEM #27026-88A)

OEM assembly.

To our observation, this is a complete assembly, including all internal jetting and float assembly components.  Both throttle and choke functions appear correct, all flange bolt holes have good, straight threads.  Fuel inlet elbow, however, requires replacement.  You can see the plastic tip has cracked off.  But his is typical.  We always recommend solid brass replacements.

Based on the part number tag, this is an Evolution-era assembly.  And you will note it is designed for late push-pull throttle cables. However, this late style Keihin can be fitted and jetted for use used back to 1972, if desired.

NOTE:  new inlet, cleaning, rebuild kit, and jet tuning required, prior to use.
