Harley Shovelhead/Evo FXR Shifter Shaft Lever (OEM #34621-84, 1984-93)

OEM shaft for 5-speed FXRs.  

Shaft remains fairly clean, the splines are straight, and the lever is nicely-square.  You can see this shaft is machined for "O" ring slots.  But we know the Factory also used the exact same component but without the "O" ring grooves. 

We suspect this "O" ring version is late, but in reviewing our Factory references, only part number #34621-84 is shown.  There are no indicated updates from 1984-93.  At least nothing we could find our our shop manuals.  What we do know is that this style lever was only used on the FXR.  So, evidently, there were some variations.
