Harley Shovelhead "Deluxe" Ribbed Foot Peg--Beveled End Cap

The Factory referred to this peg with beveled end cap as their "Deluxe" peg and cap set.  However, we have seen two variations on the "Deluxe" peg.  First is the beveled version, as offered in this listing.  But there was also a smooth, domed version. 

In general, we are finding end cap part numbers beginning in 1966, but some of our Factory references show use back to 1941.  But we suspect the swingarm era is generally acceptable.  And we have seen this peg style appearing on both FL and FX models.  And it would not surprise us if it was also used on the XL.

Rubber is in very nice, clean condition.  We are noting some minor blemishing in a few of the ribs in the lower right section of the script window.  Otherwise, end cap has a minor, superficial scuff.  But there are no dents or dings.

Just the one peg is being offered in this listing, exactly as pictured.  However, at the time of posting this item, we also have another Deluxe peg just like it.  So please review our other listings if more than one is required.
