Harley Panhead SMOOTH Bore Shifter Arm--OEM Casting #34605-58

"58" casting.  SMOOTH shaft bore and smooth peg hole for early long-stud style pegs. 

This style was offered in both splined and smooth bore versions, but we're uncertain as to what specific model years each style may have been used.  We do recall previously reading a technical source that suggested the Factory toggled between the one style and the other, over the years.  So it's best to check your shifter levers for splined or smooth features.

Original cast number is clearly present with nice raised features.  Cast finish is the original sand cast, so there has not been any polishing.  The original finish is weathered, but a good cleaning or light bead blasting followed by a satin silver paint would make this one look excellent.
