Harley Panhead/Shovelhead Fiberglass Saddlebag Rail/Bumper Stud Set

These studs are used to unify the saddlebag mount racks assemblies into a single assembly.  One end of the stud mounts to the guard rail bracket while the other side mounts to the rear bumper.    

You will note one stud has a slightly larger bolt hole diameter, compared to the other.  We don't know if the Factory used different bolt sizes from 1966-84, but it's possible.
