Harley Panhead/Shovel Tour Pac Luggage Rack Brackets (Buckle Style)
These brackets mount to the bottom side of the Tour Pac, and the spring-loaded brackets expand for clipping to the late style luggage racks used from 1958-84.
This is the buckle style, which we prefer. Brackets are 1" wide x 11 1/2" in overall length.
