Product Description

Harley Panhead/Shovel Guide H Lamps, OEM 1963-69  (12 Volt, AMBER)

Early style Guide H lamp assemblies, complete, tested, and ready for use.

The Guide H was introduced in 1963, but there are at least 3 variations.  This is the early style, typically used from 1963-69, but often as late as 1972.  They are distinguished by their "thin-bodied" profile and the raised external casting data that appears on their back sides.  In contrast, the second generation had the raised casting information on the inside, and the third generation featured a deeper body.

Chrome is bright and clean, and there are no dents or dings.  However, we are nothing light, specular patina/blemishing.  Otherwise, they show clean.  And all correct hardware is attached.  Seals are the early cork type, which are dry and brittle.  So replacement is recommended.  But they could be used, near term.

Lenses are AMBER in color and free from cracks.  And both lamps have been tested and are in good working condition.  Lamps are single lead, self-grounding units.

For late Panheads, 1963-65, and Generator Shovelhead models, 1966-69, this is definitely the set you want.

FITMENT NOTE:  originally, 1963-64 models would have been 6 volt.  To our knowledge, the included lamps on these bodies are 12 volt.  However, 6 volt lamps could easily be substituted, if required.
