Harley Panhead/Shovel Advance/Throttle Sleeve (Counter-Clockwise Spiral)

Counter-clockwise sleeve for internal throttle/advance controls.

In general, this is considered a conventional "PULL" sleeve, but it can be used for either throttle or spark advance, depending on the desired action, as follows:

RIGHT BAR OPERATION: a counter-clockwise twist towards the rider results in a pull action on the control wire. A clockwise twist towards the front of the bike results in a push action on the control wire.

LEFT BAR OPERATION: a counter-clockwise twist (towards front of bike) results in a pull action on the control wire. And a clockwise twist (toward rider) results in a push action on the wire, and

Grip is smooth, and it feels clean. But we are noting a few splits on the outer end cap. Otherwise fairly nice condition with spring and nut present. No chrome end cap is included.
