Harley Generator & Cone Shovelhead Glide Backing Plate (OEM Casting #44139-69, 1969-71)

This is the late casting, #44139-69, correct for right side brake drum assemblies common to the '69 Generator Shovelhead and the 1970 & 1971 Nosecone Shovelheads.  This plate does not interchange with the earlier '48 or '49 castings, which were left side drum assemblies.  Further, early and late versions used their own axles and sleeves/spacers, so early and late assemblies and components DO NOT interchange. 

Condition is generally very good, and there are no cracks, no cable scars, and no pits or gouges.  Original polished finish is a bit weathered, but normal wet-sanding and polishing will clean up nicely.
