Harley FXSB/FXE-80/FXST/FXWG Master Cylinder, 1983-E87  (OEM #42470-82A)

This is OEM #42470-82A, correct for the following models:

FXSB: 1983-84
FXE-80: 1984
FXST: 1984-E87
FXWG: 1985-86

Unique to this master cylinder are the two top ports.  For the FXR, the Factory added an additional port on the side for mounting a brake light switch.  For the FLT models, only one port appears on the top while a second was machined on the side.

Bore and internals are clean, and it produced nice pressure in our bench tests.

TECHNICAL NOTE:  According to Factory references, technically-speaking, black colored master cylinders were only used on the FXSB and FXE-80 models.  For the FXST and FXWG, Factory references are indicating a silver finish, which would be OEM #42470-82B.  This is the "A" version, in black.  But the A and B versions are, otherwise, identical in all respects.
