Harley FXR Shovelhead/Evolution "Girling" Rear Caliper, OEM 1982-86 (Tested & Working)

OEM for FXR and FXRT models, 1982-86.

In general, very good condition, and all casting features have nice, original shape.  Original bulls eye graphic is still present.  Original paint is lightly worn and dated, but this is easily refinished if desired.

Piston was pushed out using a stock master cylinder and DOT-3 fluid.  Both piston and bore were clean, showing normal light wear, only.  Piston and body were wiped down with a clean rag, then the piston was re-installed with no problem.  Piston movement is smooth and clean with no binding.  Piston seal, dust boot, and boot retainer ring all appear to be in good, clean condition, but some builders may wish to use a new kit.

Included is the body and piston with associated piston and seals set.  Also present is the bleeder screw which has also been tested.  No additional hardware is included. Just the caliper assembly, exactly as pictured.
