Harley FXR Shovelhead/Evo Master Cylinder 1982-E87 (OEM #42446-82A)

OEM unit assembly that we have disassembled and inspected. It has a clean bore, excellent threads on all connector ports, and seals are in good, pliable condition. The unit produced excellent pressure in our bench tests.

Factory references show part number #42446-82A, correct for FXR, FXRS, and FXRT models 1982-early 1987. Specific to this master cylinder type is the machining for a side-mounted stop light switch. In contrast, FXST and FXWG models mounted the brake light switch remotely at the brake T location, and FLT versions featured one hydraulic fitting on the top, not two.
