Harley FXR/S/T Shovelhead Ignition Panel, 1982-83 (OEM #70970-82)
Early style panel for the 1982-83 FXR, FXRS, and FXRT vintage, only.
It is distinguished by its use of the early-style clip nuts and its solid face. In contrast, 1984 and later panels used well nuts, and they had a connector socket window. So this panel is for the 1982-83 vintage, only.
Both clips nuts are present, and both ignition module mount studs are square and solidly affixed.
