Harley FX Shovelhead Independent Dual Muffler Tube  (OEM #65307-73, 1971-79)

Early FX muffler tube, OEM #65307-73 in Factory black.  This tube is unique to the "Independent Dual" exhaust system, used on FX models from 1971-78.  Further, this tube has very different features, when compared to the FL/FLH muffler tubes in at lease three ways:

1) the two mounting spacers at the front are 90 degrees different, compared to the FL/FLH.

2)  the two rear spacers have a different offset, relative to the two front mounting spacers, when compared to the FL/FLH.

3) this tube does not have any pitch, but the FL/FLH versions do.

In general, good condition with much of its original black paint finish still present.  But some finish wear is present from use and weathering.  But refinishing is straightforward, if required.

FITMENT NOTE--this tube is specific to the FX with Factory-equipped "Independent Dual" exhaust systems.  For the 2-into-1 systems, a different tube was used.  The two different style tubes do not interchange.
