Harley FX/FL Shovelhead Oil Tank Cap Locking Nut & Screw

Factory references show use from 1966-later.  However, the every early locking nuts were threaded to accept a short dip stick for some Panhead models.  This is the slightly later style which uses a roll pin for retaining late dip sticks, most notably on the XL Sportsters.
