Harley FX Boattail/Boatback Shovelhead Super Glide Shift Lever (OEM 1971-72)

This is an original FX SuperGlide shift lever, and you can still see remnants of the original casting marks on the front side.  So what might appear to be small blemishes are actually small cavities where the original cast information was not fully polished out prior to plating.  Most visible is the foundry "X" which appears in the upper front area.

Condition is excellent, and it has a SMOOTH BORE for early smooth bore shafts.  However, we have also seen splined versions, and both are common.

FITMENT NOTE--as noted, this lever has a SMOOTH bore, so please review your existing shifter shafts for smooth or splined features.
