Harley FLFLH Shovelhead Battery Tray, Black  (OEM, 1970-73)

There are 4 versions of this tray: 1965-69, 1970-73, 1974-79, and 1980-84.  This is the 1970-73 version, distinguished by its 90 degree tab on the front frame bracket, used for mounting the early Delco-Remy relay.  '74-'79 versions featured a flat tab to accommodate the larger relays for '74, and '80-'84 versions had no tabs at all.

Tray is square, not distorted or twisted, and all the correct tabs are present.
