Harley FL Shovelhead CENTER Luggage Rack Rail  (Stainless Steel)

Good, square condition.  No added holes or modifications.  It has a number of light scratches and normal finish wear, but stainless steel can be refinished using light emery paper and polishing compounds. 

The stainless steel construction, however, is a curiosity.  Did the Factory use stainless steel in these rack assemblies?  If so, stainless steel is typically indicative of earlier vintage models.    

Please note this is a CENTER rail, distinguished by its two pairs of holes.
