Harley Evolution Softail 4-Piston Caliper & Bracket, 1987-99  (CMC, Made In U.S.A.)

Nice, clean assembly in aluminum construction that can be polished to a very fine finish, if required.  Some light scratches and minor blemishes are present, but it still shows clean, as is.

Caliper and bracket are attached using a hex head type bolt.   We did this only for these photos.  However, you can see the caliper has countersunk holes.  So two countersunk bolts should be used when mounting the caliper to the bracket.  Bleeder screw is in excellent condition and has free movement.  And the axle insert has an I.D. of 3/4".  Without the axle insert, the I.D. of the hole measures 1 1/8".

Lastly, the linings are mostly worn, and replacements are required.  The brand used is EBC, but no specific part number is indicated on the linings themselves.  Just the EBC company reference.
