Harley-Davidson Fuel Tank Sending Unit  (OEM #04045-14)

We have not been able to determine precise use for this sending unit. 

Number #04045-14 is stamped on the mount top face, so we would assume this to be the OEM number.  However, one of our online resources shows this style as being used on FXR models as early as 1988.  So we are a bit perplexed since the suffix component of the part number seems to suggest use from 2014.

In brief, more research is required to determine precise fitment.
