2-hole, horizontal mount points cover for Shovelhead models. 

This particular style has been around for many years.  Chrome has numerous light scratches and finish wear.  But it still show reasonably well.  We might even recommend painting the outer chrome ring black.  Or it could be wet sanded to give it a satin, stainless finish.
