Harley Butterfly Keihin Carburetor Float--Late Style  (OEM #27887-78)

Late style float for the late '78-'89 vintage. For the '76-early '78 vintage, Factory Parts publications reference a different part number corresponding to a different float style.

We are noting a few, very small superficial fractures on the float tab pivot, but this area is reinforced, and the fractures are not structural.  

FITMENT NOTE:
The butterfly Keihin went through three primary generational changes.  According to Factory references, this specific float was used from late 1978 to '89.  For the early Keihins, 1976-E'78, a different float style was used.

Compared to the early float, this late version had the following differences:

1) a taller float profile
2) a differing needle seat clip hanger
3) a different hanger location
4) removal of an adjusting tab
5) additional reliefs, likely to improve stability and travel
