Harley Advance/Throttle Sleeve--XL/Shovel/Panhead  (Counter-Clockwise Spiral)

Counter-clockwise steel sleeve for internal throttle/advance controls. In general, this sleeve is considered a conventional "pull" throttle sleeve, but it can be used for either spark advance or throttle purposes, depending on vintage and desired action, as follows:

Left Bar Operation: a clockwise twist (toward rider) results in a push action on the control wire, and a counter-clockwise twist (towards front of bike) results in a pull action on the control wire.

Right Bar Operation: a clockwise twist (toward front of bike) results in a push action on the control wire, and a counterclockwise twists (toward rider) results in a pull action on the control wire.

Very smooth, clean cover.  Some fairly minor divots on the grip end cap, but nothing dramatic.  Spring, end nut, and end chrome cap are present.
