Harley White Grab Rail-Mounted Passenger Pad  (Comfortflex-Style Seats, 1979-84)

White backrest, and it looks pretty nice. 

No rips, tears, or punctures.   Mounting brackets are attached.   However, we are noting some faint, light, reddish-brown discoloration spots.  This is the result of small accumulations of dust and surface moisture.  When acquired, we had to clean off the dust and light surface oxidation using dish soap.  Then we used a vinyl cleaner, which got most of it out.  But the spots can still be seen.  But perhaps some further cleaning, using a more stringent cleaner solution may mitigate the discoloration further.  Regardless, it looks excellent in open sunlight, so we might be prattling on to an unnecessary degree.

Fits the late style Comfortflex seat assemblies where a passenger grab rail is used.
