Harley Panhead Windshield/Windscreen Bracket Set  (OEM Black, 1949-59)

Very nice condition. 

Paint, not powder coating.  So these are likely original, early brackets.  And they could be a '49 item, only, as a number of parts for that specific year only came in black.
