Harley Panhead Rear Hydraulic Brake Plate   (OEM, Swingarm Models 1958-62)

Generally very good condition, and there is no evidence of curvature or distortions.  Perimeter edges also have nice shape with no dents, and there is no drum run-out, so this one is pretty square.  

There are some minor patches of the the original black paint, but the finish is otherwise absent.  Some light surface weathering and light rust, but no issues with pitting.  We applied some WD-40 and scrubbed it with a scouring pad.   Essential stamp features and surfaces look quite good.  With a good bead blasting, this one is an excellent candidate for repainting.

Correct for late Panhead models, 1958-62, running the stock, early hydraulic assembly.    For 1963-later, a different plate and drum assembly was used, and early and late types do not interchange.
