Harley K-Model/XL Sportster Brake Arm   (OEM Casting #42409-52)

OEM brake arm with correct Factory casting number on pedal pad underside.  Pedal head has nice shape with no scraping, adjuster bolt hole has good threads, and splines have very nice shape. 

You will note the arm curves towards the inside of the bike.  Based on our understanding, we believe a certain amount of curvature may have been correct.  At least it would make sense, allowing the arm to parallel the curvature of the primary cover while providing added clearance for cornering.  So we suspect it may be normal.  But occasionally we see them square, too.  But we are not XL experts, so we're uncertain whether curved or square arms are correct.  So please review our photos.
