FXSTB Softail Primary Inspection Cover, 1999-06 (OEM #60703-98)

Generally very nice condition.  Some light finish wear, and a light paint chip along one of the outside edges, but otherwise a very nice-looking cover.   Plate is square and free from curvature and distortions.    Though this is technically a Twin Cam era cover, it can be used on any Big Twin primary cover where a stock, 4-screw mount hole is used.
