FX/FL Shovelhead & XL Cone Ignition Points Cover Adapter Plate)
This is a very useful plate that converts a cone motor horizontal screw pattern to a vertical pattern. One set of holes is countersunk, the other set is threaded. Simply attached the plate to your cam cover with the countersunk screw holes in the horizontal position and secure to your cam cover using countersunk screws (which will recess into the plate, necessary for attaching the points cover squarely.) Then, attach your vertically oriented ignition cover to the plate using the threaded screw hole set.
For reference, one of the threaded screw holes has a properly-sized screw attached.
